Delivery Information

UK Shipping

UK orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order, unless the shipping information on the item specifies otherwise.

A signature will be required on receipt so please ensure someone is available at the delivery address entered when ordering.  Please note that oversized UK packages (which weigh over 2kg) we will contact you if we have to make an additional charge to cover for this.

Please note that items sent abroad may be subject to customs duties or charges on arrival in your country and these are your responsibility, and by placing an order you accept this.Items are sent via couriers for all framed goods, and Royal Mail Signed for all un-framed items.

Overseas Orders

We ship worldwide.

Overseas orders will be quoted for on an individual basis depending on location – please e mail us for more information for postage delivery prices. Delivery to Europe (within 3-5 working days) / US & Canada (within 7-21 working days depending on customs) and Australia & Far East (within 14-25 working days)

PACKAGING:

We ensure that all parcels will arrive at their destination safely and securely. All are marked fragile and posted in strong flat-pack packaging to avoid damage and bending and with addresses boldly written on.

Returns and Refunds

Item has to be returned in an ‘as purchased’ condition within 14 days of the original date the item was received, we will refund your purchase price.

We will make the refund directly to the credit/charge card used to place the original order within 30 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you. You are responsible for the return shipping cost to us.
